"Didn’t work in my country"
I signed up for stream.com thinking I’d be able to use it right away, but it kept blocking me because of where I live. What annoyed me most is that this wasn’t clear before I went through the whole signup and payment process. After paying and then finding out I couldn’t actually access anything, I felt distrustful of the whole thing. It just left a bad impression and ended up being useless for me.

"Sounds good so far"
So far the audio has been clear and I haven’t had any weird dropouts. I was half expecting there to be some catch or little issue they don’t mention upfront, but nothing has stood out yet.
"Login is a mess half the time"
the login barely works for me most days. I’ll put in the same password I always use and it either kicks me right back to the login screen or says it’s wrong when it’s def not. One day it’s fine, next day it’s broken again. Tried the support tips too and... yeah, didn’t help. Super annoying when all I’m trying to do is watch something.

"Good originals, mostly worth keeping"
I’ve been using Stream for a while now, and the original shows are solid. A few of them surprised me more than I expected, and they add enough new stuff that I keep finding something to watch. I also like that the receipt emails are easy to spot, so I’m not wondering what I got charged for. Not every series is a winner, but overall I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars.

"New releases feel a bit late"
I like the app overall, but it’s kind of hard to describe — new movies just seem to show up later than I’d expect. It’s still good, but I wish the newest releases were added sooner.

The site worked okay for me overall, no major issues or anything. Security seems fine, I guess, but the privacy settings were kind of confusing to figure out. I just wish they were more upfront about how my data is being used, because right now it feels a little... not super clear.

"My gut says the free trial could be smoother"
The free trial itself worked fine, but something about the whole experience just felt a bit off to me. Canceling wasn’t as clear as I expected, and when I reached out for help, support took longer than I’d hoped. My gut feeling is that the service might be okay, but the trial process didn’t leave the best impression.

I found it frustrating to use. The menus felt confusing, and it took me way too long to find basic things. It seems like a app should be simpler than this.

"Couldn’t get it working on my older TV"
I was hoping this would work with my older TV, but I couldn’t get it to run properly. I also tried using the app on my tablet, and it kept crashing there too. Frustrating because I really wanted it to work.

"Billing has been accurate"
I’ve been using stream.com for a few months now, and overall the billing has been solid. The charges have matched what I expected, and I haven’t noticed any random extras showing up. I will say one invoice was a little confusing and I had to look it over twice to make sure everything made sense, which was kind of annoying. But in the end, the amount was right, so I can’t complain too much. Overall, reliable so far. 4 stars from me.

"Got sorted way faster than I thought"
My account wasn’t loading right and tbh I was already expecting it to be one of those things that takes days to fix, maybe longer.
Support got back to me quick tho, and it actually felt like they read my message instead of just sending some canned reply. They fixed it the same day and even checked in after, which was nice. No hassle, no drama, def 5 stars from me.

Maybe it’s just me, but getting my account set up felt more annoying than it should’ve been. The email code took a while to come through, and the page kept loading strangely. I did get in eventually, but it wasn’t the best first impression.

I tried updating my profile and wasn’t sure if I was doing something wrong, but the changes just wouldn’t save. My profile picture even switched back twice after I thought it had updated. It got annoying, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really help much.

"Most of the time the streams..."
Most of the time the streams work fine for me, especially on regular weeknights when I’m just watching after dinner. But during busier live games, it still freezes here and there, which gets annoying if something important is happening. Not terrible overall, just not as smooth as I’d like every time.

Stream.com is decent most nights, like i said, the shows and movies are actually good. It usually starts off fine, but then it’ll pause a few times in the middle of something, especially around 8 or 9 at night.
My internet is usually solid, so like i said, I don’t think it’s always something on my end. Some movies play perfectly, then another one will sit there loading every 10 minutes and it gets frustrating.
It’s not the worst streaming service or anything, and I still use it, but like i said, it’s just not super reliable right now. I really hope they sort out the buffering because that’s the main thing holding it back for me.

The weird part is, it’s not bad exactly, there’s just not enough there to justify paying for it every month. For the price, I expected a lot more.

"Subtitles seem to disappear way too often"
I like a few shows on stream.com, but I keep getting the feeling the subtitles just aren’t reliable. Some episodes don’t have them at all, and other times they show up late, which gets annoying, especially when I’m watching at night. I don’t know, it just feels like something that should be smoother by now. Hopefully they fix it soon

"Works fine, but it does freeze now and then"
The app does what it’s supposed to do for the most part, but it can get laggy and freeze sometimes. It’s not unusable or anything, but obviously you’d expect it to run a bit smoother.
